Where is my order?

What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery is generally guaranteed between 4 and 8 business days depending on your location. We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the French overseas territories.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once validated, the order is automatically transmitted to our logistics center. If your request is urgent, contact us within 2 hours of purchase , and we will do our best.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Send us an email to contact@soleaglow.fr with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We will get back to you quickly with a suitable solution (refund, exchange, or credit note).
